Private furnished rooms will be available in a beautiful North Natomas home with shared living spaces, kitchen access, household staples, utilities, internet, on-site laundry, parking, backyard space, and biweekly cleaning of common areas.
Room options begin at $1,200/month.
Tours begin August 15, 2026. Move-in may begin September 1, 2026.
Maa Ghar is independent shared housing. It is not assisted living, memory care, medical care, or a residential care facility. Residents must be able to live independently.
